- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I found the pharmacy lacking. I dropped off a prescription to pick-up in a short time. I get back said they don't take my insurance. After waiting & going back & forth with, Juan???, I ended up not getting the medication. This technician apparently wasn't listening. I had told both him & another gal that whether my insurance covered this or not I still need it filled. After 1.5 hours trying to get this taken care of, he waved me down in the parking lot & said, we can't cover this because, again, my insurance isn't taken there. It was an antibiotic. I had said probably a total of 3 times I still wanted it. Not sure why he couldn't understand. I drove across the street to Safeway & it was filled immediately, even though they didn't take my insurance. This is the second time something like this happened with CVS.June 15, 2017by Janna DeFord
