  I am extremely grateful to Dr. Guzman and the Silverdale team for helping us end our Pablo's suffering. This is never easy. They helped us evaluate his quality of life and then when the time came it was truly a beautiful thing. They had the lights dimmed and a fleece blanket layed out for him. They gave us all the time we needed to say our good byes and it was very peaceful process. He looked like he was sleeping...minus the snoring. This team has always been compationate and caring for our animals over the last 20 years.

  I purchased pet coverage for 2 dogs as one is a senior. they were not very helpful in regard to offering an appt when one needed to be seen. Far to busy. Also the vet was not available to talk or go over what I wanted. I felt they tried to get me to do more than I perceived my pets needed. So for those reasons I do not recommend this particular banfield hospital. I have gone to others where I didn't have this experience. Beware unless they change their processes they just want your money instead of paying for services because they care for the pet.
